Took my car to get a service and was quite nervous to find what was going wrong with my car and how expensive it was going to be…. Had an amazing experience the Manager Karl was an absolute legend helping me understand all the car terms to the best he could (I’m not mechanically minded at all and know nothing about cars!) but Karl was very knowledgable and patient with me and let me know all of my issues could be fixed through warranty. UltraTune had a service sale on to so was a lot cheaper then i thought! and an extra bonus I found if you get your car serviced with UltraTune you get free Road side Assistance which again Karl the manager took me through the steps to set that all up to ! Just if every business had a manager like Karl this world would run a lot more smoothly ☺️
